This page explains what information the SCORE website collects, how it is used, and where it is kept. The website is designed for parents and guardians managing their athletes' youth-sports experiences.

Information you provide

SCORE only collects information that a parent or guardian chooses to enter. Depending on the form, this includes:

Free Class Requests

  • Parent first and last name, email, and mobile phone (optional)
  • Athlete grade and the program you are interested in
  • The website page you came from

Volleyball Early Access, 3-on-3 Basketball and NFL FLAG requests

  • Parent first and last name and email for Volleyball and 3-on-3; parent first name and email for NFL FLAG
  • Athlete grade, and for NFL FLAG, the division you are interested in

Connect with SCORE (Parent Resources)

  • Parent first and last name, email, and mobile phone (optional)
  • Athlete grade and a written description of what you would like help with

Development Roadmap, Athletic Development and Competitive Team inquiries

  • Parent first name and email, athlete grade and primary sport
  • A short description of what you would like help with and the inquiry's source

Sports Parent Guide and Young Athlete Nutrition Guide requests

  • Parent first name and email, and which guide you requested

Player Development Tracker accounts

  • Your email address and password, or sign-in through your Google account
  • Information you enter about your athlete: first name, position group, games (date, opponent and game statistics) and Athletic Snapshot answers
  • If you use “Ready for the Next Step?”: parent first and last name, email, mobile phone (optional), athlete grade, your written request, and your athlete's first name and position group

Each saved request also records the date and time it was sent.

Athlete Development Assessment

The Assessment asks for parent contact details, athlete grade, primary sport and your answers to the questions. These are kept in your browser so you can return to your latest results on that device. Clearing browser data removes that local copy.

A copy of the calculated roadmap guidance is also saved online for your private result link. This saved copy does not contain your raw answers or parent contact details. Anyone with the complete private link can open that roadmap, so keep the link private. Sending a Connect with SCORE inquiry is a separate action.

How information is used

  • To respond to your free class, program, league and next-step requests
  • To give you access to the guides you request
  • To operate your Player Development Tracker account and show your saved athletes, games and history
  • To support SCORE services and follow up using the contact information you provide

Kit (resources and league interest)

When you request the Sports Parent Guide or Young Athlete Nutrition Guide, your first name, email and the guide you requested are sent to Kit, the email service SCORE uses. In Kit, you are tagged as a Parent Resource contact with the guide you requested and may be added to SCORE's Parent Resource email series. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

For the Assessment, Kit receives your first name and email, assessment/resource tags, a concise roadmap summary and focus, and a private result link for personalized roadmap email delivery. These fields represent your latest roadmap. For NFL FLAG, Kit receives your first name, email and selected division, with league-interest and division tags. The Player Development Tracker's athlete records, game statistics and snapshot answers are not sent to Kit.

Other services the website uses

  • Lovable hosts the website and provides the database and account sign-in that store the information described above.
  • Google provides optional sign-in for the Player Development Tracker if you choose “Continue with Google.”
  • Google Fonts supplies the website's fonts. Loading a page sends Google standard technical information such as your internet address and browser type. No form information is sent.
  • The hosting platform may receive technical error details, such as the page address, if a page fails to load.

SCORE does not sell the information you provide.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not currently set its own cookies. It uses your browser's storage to:

  • remember your scroll position while you move between pages
  • keep you signed in to the Player Development Tracker
  • remember Tracker settings, such as light or dark theme and the last athlete you viewed
  • keep your Assessment results on your device

The website does not currently use advertising pixels or advertising or behavioral tracking. If this changes, this policy will be updated. Our hosting provider and the services listed above may use their own technologies, which are governed by their own policies.

Access and security

Requests sent through the website's forms cannot be viewed through the website; they are available only to SCORE. Player Development Tracker information is tied to your account, and other parents cannot see it. SCORE can access saved information to respond to requests and support its services. No system is completely secure, and SCORE cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

  • In the Player Development Tracker, you can delete a season of games or delete a player at any time.
  • Signing out does not delete any saved information.
  • To ask about, correct or delete information you have submitted, or to delete your Tracker account, contact SCORE at coachk@scoretrg.com.

Children

The SCORE website is intended for parents and guardians. Forms ask for the parent's contact information, not the athlete's. Athlete information, such as grade and Tracker details, is entered by the parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted information directly, contact SCORE at coachk@scoretrg.com so it can be reviewed.

Changes and contact

SCORE may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Questions can be sent to coachk@scoretrg.com.
